How Does It Work?
First you need to chose a template from the collection. Some templates have a choice of layout, such as 3 columns, one column on the left, one on the right; or a choice of colours. If you do not specify which format your desire, the default template will be built. When ordering, the safest option is to copy the URL (address) of the template that you like.
Once you have chosen the template you then need to complete the order form, providing us with the domain name, plus ALL the written content for the website, including full company name to appear on the website, a brief description of your services, the full descriptions and content for the home page and about-us pages, contact names, telephone numbers, fax numbers, company address, email address etc. Without an email address we cannot set up the customer enquiry form for you. We only place on the website the information that you provide, so ensure that everything is included before submitting the form.
If you have a company logo, this can be attached to the order also, and if you have a photograph that you would like to use as an alternative page header, this too must be provided.
On receipt of the order, we shall start building the website for you. The site should be completed within three days.
When Does The Site Get Transferred?
Once the payment has cleared, we will then load up your website to your domain. There are several factors which will determine how soon the site is available.
If your domain is already registered and hosted, then all we require from you is the FTP details for the server, and we can upload your site for you. If this is the case your site will be available immediately. (It is important to note that if your current web host is not configured correctly then the secure contact form may not work. Also, your web host must allow .htaccess overrides to allow the template the php to be parsed in html files. You may want to check this with your current web host first).
If you have not yet registered your domain, then this should be done when you order. We recommend that you use UKReg.com to register your domain as we are familiar with their control panel and can quickly aid you in setting up the name-severs.
If you wish us to host the site for you, then we take care of domain registration on your behalf. All you need to do is fill out the form and set up the monthly payment through PayPal.

It can take up to 72 hours for a domain to go live on the internet. However we have found that UKReg domains are often live within a few hours.
Once the site is live on your chosen domain, then the work is complete.
